“We expected nutrition advice for our daughter’s digestive issues, but we received so much more. Emily supported us, gave us personalized guidance, and helped us understand our daughters needs in a compassionate way. The changes improved her symptoms and reshaped how our whole family approaches food.”
-Thompson Family
“Before working with Emily, we battled with picky eating every day. Now our son tries new foods without tears or pressure, and we feel empowered with tools that truly work. The best part is these strategies helped the whole family eat better.”
-Maria, mom of a picky eater
“We reached out for help when our youngest wasn’t gaining weight properly. Ms. McNally explained everything in a way that made sense and gave us realistic steps. What surprised us the most is how much it helped our older child, too. We all learned healthier habits. Mealtimes became calmer and more connected. It truly felt like support for the entire family, not just one child.”

If your insurance isn't listed here, don't worry—I can still provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance to ask about "outpatient nutrition counseling" or "medical nutrition therapy" benefits to understand your coverage.

You don't need a referral to work with me, parents can reach out directly whenever they have concerns about their child's nutrition! That said, some insurance plans do require a referral or prescription from your pediatrician for coverage purposes. I recommend checking with your specific insurance plan to see if a referral is needed.
I love collaborating with your child's pediatrician and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
